Services do not take the place of medical, pharmacological, or psychological treatment or provide diagnoses of conditions of any kind. It is recommended that clients see a licensed medical doctor or mental health care professional for appropriate treatment if necessary. Services at Vixen Moon Energy Healing can help complement such care. Multiple sessions of services may be recommended to help bring about an optimal state of wellbeing and balance.
Appointments are 1 hour long. Time is provided between each session to prepare the room for the next session. My phone will be silenced for the duration of all sessions.
Payment is due at the time of service. You can pay for your session using the credit card that was used to reserve your appointment time. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment. You can pay with a different credit card, cash, or check.
IN-HOME SESSIONS FOR PEOPLE AND PETS
Sessions for people and pets can take place in the comfort of your home. A Travel Fee of $25 is added to all sessions done in the home within a 30-mile radius. Further distances may be possible when prearranged.
All necessary safety precautions should be attended to for the comfort and safety of the pet, practitioner, and owner.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
I do understand that things can happen on the way to your appointment. If you need to call the office, please understand that your call will not be answered during another client's session. Please leave a message and your call will be returned. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. In order to get the full benefit from your session, the full hour will be needed.
If you are unable to make your appointment, kindly give 24-hours notice whenever possible. I am happy to reschedule your appointment whenever required.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment will be charged a no-show fee of $25 to the credit card on file. In order to schedule another appointment in the future, you will need to prepay your appointment.
